ONE SQUARE INCH PLUG IN MODULES CONVERTS A DUAL CHANNEL DPM TO A PLCT (PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLER TRANSMITTER)
After conceiving the idea around 1990 and as time allowed, we developed a line of input signal/power/control output, proportional and on/off and serial I/O secured plug-in 1” square modules to convert any input signal to 0-.5 VDC F.S. which gave birth to our “all inputs for one output” aka “ALL FOR ONE”. As of this writing, we have over 100 plug-in modules with several ranges, functions, power, on/off control, serial I/O, inputs and outputs routed by plug-in jumpers that cover hundreds (if not thousands) of unique input/output ranges.
The “ONE FOR ALL” is the mate aka meter, transmitter, controller, PLC, PLCT with or without PID or our KISPID (KEEP IT SIMPLE PID) requiring no Ph.D. for programming just experience and knowledge of the process to select the time constant. The PLCT does the rest. Dual digital display for input and output, on/off and proportional 4-20mA control, serial I/O, etc. All plug-in options are field replaceable, Mil-Spec, Nuclear and Industrial Grades.
