The HI-Q 114 is Otek’s tallest bar graph display meter, designed to replace obsolete analog edgewise bar graphs. It is part of Otek’s line of versatile programmable process controllers that are extremely adaptable and can be customized or programmed uniquely to a variety of process control systems and applications. Input linearization including polynomials, X-Y tables (TC & RTD), flow calculations, and a variety of other mathematical functions make this digital panel meter an ideal tool for process monitoring and automation. With an interchangeable faceplate the bar graph can be customized to display a wide range of variables and scales, including watts, volts, amps, RPM, percent or any sensor output. The HI-Q114 brings color to the instrument panel or control room with a 51-segment LED display that allows range based control of the color displayed. The automatic tri color bar changes color upon exceeding programmable limits, the standard settings are red for very low (or high), yellow for caution, and green for normal range, which complies with HMI and NUREG 0800.  A 4-digit LED segment display complements the bar graph for high precision and easy interaction.  The HI-Q114 is available with 1, 2 or 3 analog inputs, and with analog outputs, up to six 10 A relays or up to eight Open Collector Transistors.
